EU AI Act, Data Privacy and GDPR

HyperReal is a Danish company. We create AI-generated images and videos for product promotion, apparel, and social media.

 

AI-generated content and models

All visual content we produce is synthetic (AI-generated), unless we specifically agree with you to work with real models.

When we use real models, we obtain their explicit written consent before any work begins.

In all other cases we create original AI models from scratch or use our existing HyperReal AI models. These AI models are fictional and do not depict real people.

EU AI Act

We design our processes to comply with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act. AI-generated content is marked in a machine-readable format where technically feasible, and we clearly disclose the synthetic nature of the work.

Data & Privacy (GDPR)

We only process the product photos, brand guidelines, and project information you send us.

We do not collect, store or use personal data about you or your customers beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the project.

 

All files are handled securely and deleted after delivery unless you request otherwise.

We may feature completed work in our portfolio, but only with your prior written approval.
